Earst Africa Migration Safari; Duration 17 Days / 16 Nights

Days 1: Arrival Day / Nairobi, Kenya

Today you will arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and you will be met with you safari guide and transferred to the hotel for your dinner and overnight. Dinner and Overnight at Stanley Hotel.

Days 2 & 3: Samburu Reserve

Breakfast then flying to Samburu Reserve for your two days wildlife Safari in the Northern Frontier District. Whereby you will have ample time to observe the thin-striped Gravy’s zebra; reticulated giraffe; acknowledged by its well-defined color patches; and Beisa Oryx, with its rapier-like horns, that call this harsh region of scrub desert home. Amazingly, this semi-arid desert region boasts an abundance of birds, including Somali ostrich, secretary bird and desert hornbill. Dinner and Overnight at Samburu Simba Lodge.

Day 4: Samburu / Isiolo / Sweetwaters Game Reserve

Today after breakfast you will depart for Sweetwaters Game Reserve via local school en route to Sweetwaters Tented Camp where you will spend your dinner and overnight.

Day 5 & 6: Sweetwaters Game Reserve

Yet another two full days game drive in Sweetwater Game Reserve; Morning and afternoon game drives at Sweetwaters give us a chance of seeing Africa’s “Big Five” (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard) as we travel in both open safari vehicles. Other Kenyan wildlife here includes Oryx, Coke’s hartebeest, Thomson’s gazelle and reticulated giraffe. While here you will also visit Jane Goodall’s Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwater Tented Camp.

Day 7: Sweetwaters / Lake Nakuru National Park

Breakfast; Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, the park is named as a birdwatcher’s Paradise because of its rich on bird species; The alkaline lake is an important stop for migratory birds as they head to and from Europe. An afternoon game drive is the perfect occasion to look for pelicans, cormorants and both lesser and greater flamingos. Dinner and Overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge with a beautiful views from the across lake.

Day 8: Lake Nakuru National Park

Another day in lakes Nakuru where most part of Lake Nakuru National Park is roofed by the lake itself, but our morning and afternoon game drives offer us a prospect to determine the wildlife that congregates along the park’s shoreline and bushy grassland. Also you can see lion, leopard, waterbuck, hippo, baboon and reedbuck, the park also hosts species introduced from other areas of Africa. The park it has been acknowledged as a black rhino sanctuary, and populations of South Africa’s white rhino and Rothschild’s giraffe have been introduced to the environment. Dinner and Overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge.

Day 9 – 11:Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara Reserve

Breakfast then drive toward the Masai Mara Reserve, stopping en route for lunch on the southern end of the reserve at the Mara’s first lodge, Keekorok Lodge. Enjoying your game drive in the Masai Mara Reserve as it is the northern extension of the Serengeti Plains, a rich savannah famous for its concentration of plains game and predators, including leopard, cheetah and hyena. Dinner and Overnight at Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

Days 12: Masai Mara – Tanzania – Serengeti National Park

Today after breakfast you will leave the park and drive towards the boarder where you will change the car and other official process should be done here and proceed to Tanzania – Serengeti national park. Dinner and overnighta at Katikati Tented Camp.

Day 13 & 14: Serengeti National Park – Full day Game Drive

Morning game drive then return to the lodge for your breakfast and bit rest waiting for late afternoon game drives while viewing the great migration. Dinner and overnight at Katikati Tented camp.

The next days; In the morning you will take a Balloon Flight over the Serengeti and a sparkling bush breakfast (it is an optional Extra) or you can have an early morning game viewing from sunset to sunrise with picnic lunches.

Day 15: Western Corridor – Serengeti

Breakfast, then drive to the Western Corridor with game viewing en – route to the Kirawira Tented Camp for hot and afternoon game drive. Dinner an overnight Kirawira Tented camp

Day 16: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Morning game drive then depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area with a bit stopping en- route to visit the famous Olduvai Gorge the world-famous hominid fossil site, where you will have your picnic lunch. Then proceeding to Ngorongoro with game drive en-route. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Day 17: Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Crater tour – Arusha

Morning soon after breakfast you will descend to the crater for your half day crater tour, This died out volcano plays crowd to wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, gazelles, elephants, rhinos and big cats also you can pay a visit a local Maasai Village. Picnic lunch at the hippo pool. Later in the afternoon you will drive to Arusha for your dinner and overnight at Arumeru River Lodge

The Holiday will be over today but you will have plenty memories to Savor and photos to show friends and relatives. Our safaris are tailor made and can be extended to meet your needs.
